WHAT IS THE GREATEST GIFT OF LIFE?




This question has gotten mixed reactions across the globe. Let's take a look at this.

"What do we refer to as a gift?"
“A gift is anything given willingly to someone without a payment or any expectation of payment.”

"What do we refer to as life?"
“Life in this context refers to the existence of an individual human being or animal.”


What then is the greatest gift of life?

Is it Love?
Love is beautiful
Love makes people often act like a fool
Love is forgiving
Love makes you think more about giving
Love is caring
Love makes people daring
Someone even said Love is blind
And that true love is hard to find..

Is it Joy?
Not like the joy of getting a new toy
Or the joy of a girl meeting a new boy
Sometimes your heart is filled with joy
Just by doing something that brings u joy
Most times your joy doesn't last long
Because someone doesn't make you feel among
The rich keeps getting richer
And the poor keeps getting poorer

Is it Happiness?
Happiness that you are fulfilled
Yet been fulfilled doesn’t guarantee happiness
Like my friend used to tell me that happiness is free
I told him sadness is also free
Sometimes the things that defines your happiness
Also defines your sadness.
There's a thin line between happiness and sadness
Which ultimately depends on our choices
Choices that are defined by some negative forces
These negative forces needs to be fed with positive thoughts
Thoughts that differs from what you have been taught.

Is it Good Health?
A lot of people don't have the luxury of good health
People often say health is wealth.
I totally agree with that saying
But a lot of people will not agree with all I've been saying
Most times, having a good health requires money
Much enough to make your life sweet like honey.

Is it Peace of Mind?
Is there even something like peace of mind?
One minute you've got a peace of mind
The other, it feels like you're out of your mind.
The situation of things in this country
Is bad enough for you to leave this country
With racism, ethnicity issues and religious conflicts
Turning majority of young ones into convicts.

Is it Friendship?
Not like the one we saw in the last ship
Here and there you see people who call themselves friends.
Doing things unworthy of calling them friends.
Friendship has cost so many people their lives
Why then do we still have friends in our lives?

Is it even the Air we Breath?
Which has no length or width!!
Even though it’s a free gift of nature
Some people still buy it to make sure
That's they don't lose their loved ones
This situation affects mostly the young ones


What then is the greatest gift of life?

It’s a question that doesn't need a knife.
The greatest gift of life is You
Don't let anything they say fool you
You are a work of art
That's why you have a heart
You are Gods greatest creature
A blessing to nature
The greatest gift to humanity
That will never be forgotten till eternity.
